Okay, wow. WOW WOW WOW. Birthright, the brand new single from Finnish metalcore outfit Atlas is a seriously stunning song. It’s catchy, powerful, meaty – and it will leave a very strong impression on you.
Clocking in at just over three minutes, Atlas waste no time in leaving a seriously strong impression on you. Birthright is a powerful and punchy song blending a nice amount of melody into a fiercely aggressive facemelting piece of work. The chorus is so infectious that you’ll find yourself humming or singing along before you can help it (I’m pretty sure the main melody was already under my skin after my first listen alone!) and it slots in nicely amongst the more noiser approaches from the instrumentation.
This song is incredible and I can’t stop listening to it. If this is a teaser for what we can expect from their next release, then we are all in for a massive treat.
