Oceans Red Announce Debut LP

Oceans Red

Multinational genre-crossing act Oceans Red are a true testament to the unifying and resurgent power of music as they announce their long-awaited debut LP, Anevidence, out November 06.

A whirlwind mixture of metalcore, post-hardcore and electronic influences, Anevidence is an exhilarating and electrifying rush. Infectious vocal hooks and stadium-sized riffs and breakdowns rise up against the in-your-face electronic elements the band are fast becoming widely known for. Get a taste of the album with their last single, Black Spot, below.

Formed in 2012 from the ashes of Make Me Famous, Oceans Red nearly disbanded at the very end of 2013, losing two key band members. Despite this, the band re-emerged stronger with Swedish frontman Joel Holmqvist. With their new multinational line-up, also boasting members from Ukraine and Belarus, Oceans Red released two new singles in 2014 – Misguided and Black Spot, which both appear on Anevidence. As a result of the success of their single releases the band were invited to perform as main support for Parkway Drive’s Russian dates (November 2014).

Set for release on November 06 2015, Anevidence looks set to be the work that propels Oceans Red into the metal mainstream, bolstered by their legions of fans both in Europe and in the US.
