Check Out This Metal Band For Kids

Looking to get your child into metal? Then check out Slay Duggee.

Slay Duggee have launched a new song and kickstarter campaign and are on a mission to get kids into metal by taking on once irritating theme tunes and giving them a rock ‘n roll make over.

They’ve even collaborated with TesseracT guitarist James Monteith, and Nekrogoblikon vocalist and songwriter Nicky “Scorpion” Calonne with their cover of The Lego Movie’s ‘Everything Is Awesome’.

Check out their kickstarter to fund their debit album here – https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/slayduggee/slay-duggee-the-first-debut-album
It’ll already include some previously released tracks (which you can hear over on their YouTube channel) along with 10 new unheard songs.

Singer, Ricky Bow-Wow commented “Let’s face it…the music readily available to kids is awful… We are trying to make it easier for parents with heavier tastes in music to enjoy the music they have to listen to on a daily basis. People have demonised heavy music for decades and it’s never going to be mainstream, but we’re here to ruffle some feathers, make a noise, and let kids have a choice.

The band have just released new song ‘I Am A Shape’, which you check out here –
