W.A.S.P. 25th Anniversary – RE-IDOLIZED

In 1992 a band released what was to be considered their best work. Originally intended to be accompanied by a film of the same name that never saw the light of day. Until now…

W.A.S.P. released The Crimson Idol twenty-five years ago today. An album that many consider their best. The Crimson Idol follows the rise and fall of fictitious rock star Jonathan Aaron Steele and like Steele this album was meant for greater things.  The twenty-fifth anniversary of The Crimson Idol finally brings the film and album together in unholy matrimony and will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray as part of the RE-IDOLIZED package. Coming later this year RE-IDOLIZED will also be available on CD and Vinyl.
