The Offenders’ Playlist

the offenders

We caught up with The Offenders to get an insight into their music tastes. Check out their influences and favourite bands below!

A song that influenced them
The Specials – Nite Club.
The voices in the intro and kind of “jazzy” music before the offbeat starts…a true classic like the whole album! Costello can’t be wrong!

A song they wish they could have written
The Jam – Going Underground
I guess that was Paul Weller at his best “the public wants what the public gets” with all those reality shows nowadays it’s even worse then 30 years ago.

Their favourite The Offenders song
Alles Muss Raus
Simply ’cause it’s our last single and we need to push our new songs!

A song they’ve been listening to a lot recently
The Dead 60’s – Riot Radio
Well that sound was like Clash crashing into early 2000’s…great tune, wish their debut album had more of these hits!

Their all-time favourite song
The Clash – Stay Free
Strummer/Jones…what more do you need? I’ve got goosebumps all time i hear ” go easy…step lightly…stay free”. Legends.
