Premonition is the debut single from instrumental prog metallers Crevassian and it’s a good starting point for the band, which is surely destined for good things if this song is anything to go by.
Crevassian have a lot to give over the course of the track, and Premonition is an exciting and ambitious piece that takes the listener on a journey, drawing them in and gripping their interest with each twist and turn the music takes. From soaring massive sounds to fast-paced, energetic sections and thick, colourful lush moments, there’s a lot going on within the track and you can’t help but take in something different on each subsequent listen.
As a whole, Premonition is a wonderful introduction to Crevassian – keep your eye on this band, as this is only the beginning!
