Newcastle based collaborative outfit Dzyen have released their second music video for the track Digital Senseless featuring the incredible guest vocal stylings of Daniel Tompkins from the progressive metal band TesseracT.
Vocalist/guitarist Scot Goodrum says:
“Digital Senseless is about our reliance on technology and how we are becoming colder and less attached as human beings. It’s quite tongue-in-cheek, but we wanted to demonstrate how we’re all so absorbed in our phones and gadgets nowadays than actually interacting in real life.”
Metal Hammer are currently premiering the video at this link:
Dzyen have formed an album collaborating with some of the most influential musicians and vocalists across the progressive metal spectrum, to contribute to their debut album IT’S PRONOUNCED ZEN, which is due out later this year. Their last video As One featured Ashe O’Hara and they’ve recently revealed that the next guest is Mike Semesky who used to sing in the band Intervals. Other guests feature John Browne from Monuments, Spencer Sotelo from Periphery, Renny Carroll from Forever Never and more.
