A Year Today – If At First You Don’t Succeed, Lie Again Review

a year today

If At First You Don’t Succeed, Lie Again is the latest single from Bristol punk outfit A Year Today and it’s a feel-good listen that will get your foot tapping along in no time. Although perhaps not the most adventurous of pieces, as it doesn’t quite bring anything new to the table, for what it is it’s a great little track and after a few listens, it inevitably gets stuck in your head due to the catchy vocals!

The single also features a b-side, a track called B#TCH that clocks in at less than thirty seconds but nevertheless packs a real punch. There’s a lot going on and the track is jam-packed with so much energy it’s almost impossible to contain!

As a whole this is a good listen and whilst it doesn’t tread any new ground, it shows potential and room for growth. Check it out below!
